| Distributed Management
| Because nTreePoint allows organizations to logically store large amounts and types of information, there needs to be a logical way to allows the users who create and own information to be able to manage it. To accomplish this, nTreePoint has the following feautures:
- Any number of users can be given administrative status. Administrators have full access to all nTreePoint features and to all information stored in nTreePoint.
- Each section within the hierarchy can be owned by a different user. If a user creates a subsection under an existing section, that user can either retain ownership of the new section or assign the ownership to a different user. Owners control the creation of subsections, which tools are enabled within the section, Snippets and custom pages within the section, etc.
- Within each section, each tool can have any number of Tool Managers. Tool Managers have the right to add, update, and delete information within a specific tool within a specific section. Each Tool Manager is given access on a tool-by-tool basis, so different users can have different Tool Manager privileges within the same section.
