Distribute the management of your Event Calendars to multiple employees within your organization.

Because nTreePoint Events allows you to create an unlimited number of event calendar sections, there needs to be a efficient means of managing all of these calendars.  Our Event Calendar software achieves this through distributed management, which enables your organization to empower one or more employees to manage specific calendars.

  • Any number of users can be given administrative status. Administrators have full access to all nTreePoint features and to all information stored in nTreePoint.
  • Administrators manage access controls, such as who can view an event calendar, and who can create and update events.
  • Each section within the hierarchy of event calendars can be owned by a different user. If a user creates a subsection under an existing section, that user can either retain ownership of the new section or assign the ownership to a different user. Owners control the creation of calendar subsections.
