Use version control to ensure quality and access to a history of changes.
- Each event in each Event Calendar can have multiple versions.
- A new version of a calendar event can be started from any version in the history of the content, not just the most recent version (branching).
- Users can work on newer versions of a calendar event while leaving the current version live on the site.
- For events where support files are involved (such as images) , those files are also tracked from one version of the calendar event to the next.
Need Workflow?
Do you want your content authors to have their Event Calendar content proofread before being posted live on your site? Do you want final approval on all content before it's posted in your Event Calendars? Then you need workflow. Workflow allows you to enforce a series of steps and individuals responsible for each step. Workflow is only available in our nTreePoint Suite. |
