Workflow

Provide multiple users the ability to participate in the event calendar creation and approval process.  Multiple users can be involved in the creation and management of event calendars while controlling the flow of event creation and approval. Administrators control the creation of workflow, the steps within a workflow, and the users and groups within each step. Email can be sent to event calendar creators and event managers when events exist in a workflow. Users have a personal view of all events from the event calendars within the system that are awaiting their attention. Users can choose to be emailed whenever an event is awaiting their attention.
