Although one of nTreePoint's strengths is that is makes it easy for an organization to add and manage large quantities and types of information, this can often be a drawback when users are trying to get the latest information from a small portion of the application. To allow users to quickly access only the information that they are interested in, nTreePoint includes the following personalization features: Users can subscribe to any tool in any section so that their own personal view of the system will contain all the information in one place. After the user has subscribed to the appropriate tools in the appropriate sections, the user then only need to access the "My Account" section to see all subscribed information in one place. Users can have email sent to them for any tool in any section when new information is added. This way, the user can stay on top of new information without having to login to the system continuously to manually check for new information. Users can subscribe to the digest feature for any tool and section and have nTreePoint send them a single email with all new information that they’ve subscribed to. Users can then choose which days of the week the digest should be sent. Every section to which the user subscribes will automatically show up in a list on the user's "My Account" summary page. This acts as a personal list of links that can take the user directly to any subscribed sections without having to navigate the section hierarchy.
