Each page, as well as all content within tools, can have multiple versions. A new version of a piece of content can be started from any version in the history of the content, not just the most recent version. Users can work on newer versions of the content while leaving the current version live on the site. For content where support files are involved (like images for News and Events tools, or files in the Documents tool), those files are also tracked from one version of the content to the next. Need Workflow? Do you want your content authors to have their content proofread before being posted live on your site?  Do you want final approval on all content before it's posted on your site?  Then you need workflow.  Workflow allows you to enforce a series of steps and individuals responsible for each step.  Workflow is only available in our nTreePoint Suite.
