| Unidigm Inc. Privacy Statement
The following describes how Unidigm Inc. collects and handles any customer data through the Unidigm.com Web site or any Unidigm.com Web services.
Unidigm.com Accounts
All information collected for user accounts on the Unidigm.com Web site is accessible by the user who owns the account and by Unidigm.com administrators. No other users have access to the user information, and at no time will that information be shared with any party outside of Unidigm.
Demo Sites
When demo sites are created, the site becomes the responsibility of the user who set up the site; however, only users who are administrators of those sites will be able to see account information for those demo sites, and at no point will Unidigm Inc. release or share any of the information from those accounts with any party outside of Unidigm. Additionally, any account made within those demo sites will not be used by Unidigm Inc. for any purpose. The only exception is in the case of administrative accounts, in which case Unidigm reserves the right to send email to those accounts relating to the demo sites and any products or services that Unidigm offers that are either directly or indirectly related to the demo sites.
Online Forums
Online forums are used for various purposes on the Unidigm.com site, but are used mostly for support purposes. Although Unidigm will not reuse the information that users provide when posting to the forums, users should be aware that any user who has access to the forums will be able to see the first name, last name, and email address as the user enters them in the required fields when posting to the forums. Users are NOT required to provide personal information to view forums that are visible to the general public through the Unidigm.com Web site.
Online Order Processing
Unidigm.com provides the ability for users to purchase various products and services online using credit cards. Unidigm does not share the information collected with any party outside of Unidigm Inc. Only Unidigm.com administrators have access to the information.
IMPORTANT: At no time does Unidigm collect or store credit card information. All data collection and payment processing related specifically to financial transactions is carried out by our secure payment processing provider, InternetSecure. Their privacy policy can be found here.
Cookies
Unidigm.com does not store persistent cookies on users' machines (except for a specific use of online surveys; see the note below). A persistent cookie is one that is still present on an end user's machine after the Web browser has been closed. Unidigm.com does use per-session cookies. These cookies are used to identify a user while they are on the Unidigm.com Web site until they leave the site. Although these types of cookies allows us to determine if a user is the same user over the course of their visit, they do not allow us to determine specifically who the user is (i.e. name, address, email, etc). At no point do these cookies enable us to gather personal information about a user or to tie their usage of our site with them as an individual. The only exception to this is when a user logs into either Unidigm.com or another site hosted by Unidigm.com, in which case the cookie allows us to identify the user while they are logged into the site.
Note: Unidigm has a product called Web Forms that allows us, among other things, to create Web-based surveys. We will, from time-to-time, publish these surveys on our Web site. These surveys may use persistent cookies, but they only allow us to ensure that a survey is not filled out by the same user at the same computer more than once. These cookies DO NOT allow us to identify the user or to extract any personal information about the user. Additionally, they do not enable us to link a specific user to his or her response in the survey.
If you have any questions or comments relating to our privacy policy, please email info@unidigm.com.
